Alan Lesman, owner of All Temp Professional, Inc.
I started All Temp Professional, Inc. in October 1987. This is a small but successful business with many happy and satisfied customers. Our customer base has doubled in the last five years due to excellent service, fair prices, and experienced employees. But my heating and cooling experience goes back to 1965 when I started working for large HVAC companies in the Portland area. I have:
- Factory training by most of the heating manufactures.
- Limited journeyman LTD energy electrical license.
- Limited maintenance specialty license.
- Specialty contractors license.
- Boiler and pressures vessel install license.
- Class 5 boiler and pressure vessel card.
- Today I design the new radiant heat systems, new forced
air heating systems and new air conditioning systems that go into customer's homes.
Our Radiant Heat division has grown in the past few years. I attend Radiant Heat seminars and continue to stay in close contact with the suppliers and manufactures of the Radiant Heating products available to our customers. To experience the comforts of Radiant Heating and answer your questions or concerns visit us at the Home Show in October at the Portland Convention Center and in February at the Home and Garden Show at the Expo Center. Both of my sons work at All Temp Professional, Inc. David Lesman is Senior technician and oversees the service and production work crews. David Oulman oversees public relations marketing and the sales of new equipment.

For over ten years I have devoted myself to All Temp Professional, Inc. and acquired the following credentials:
Factory training in the installation and repair of all makes and models of air conditioning, gas, oil, and electric furnaces, heat pumps and boilers.
State boiler license
RSES certification for Heat Pump installation/repair and includes the proper refrigerant handling and recovery.

My first seven years at All Temp Professional, Inc. included installations of residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. As the company has evolved, I have concentrated more on the operations and industry innovations, streamlining customer service, response times, public relations and overall marketing for the company. My hopes are that all our customers have received the best in customer satisfaction and we appreciate the trust and faith they have put in our company. Now, after fifteen years with All Temp Professional, Inc., I continue to learn and teach others the best ways to heat or cool their homes.
