The high price of fuel oil convinced me it was time to make a change. All Temp's proposal replaced the existing boiler and pumps with a high efficiency gas hot water system. The removal and new installation was done without interruption and took about a week. Both the plumbing inspector and I were impressed with the work man like job. It is too say if it will be a trouble free as what was replaced (50 year life), however it is very quiet and the boiler room is not overheated as previously. - J. H.
David Oulman came to my home and explained everything to me and convinced me his company was a trustworthy company not trying to rip me off. He is excellent. The team putting in the boiler were efficient (every move counted) they concluded when they said they would. I was pleased with the whole process.

Your company installed a Lochinvar boiler in my home last month. I am writing to share with you how completely satisfied I have been with this installation and every interaction with your company.
You could not have been more courteous and helpful as I considered how best to proceed. You were also very patient when the installation was delayed for reasons having nothing to do with the boiler.
The lead person managing the installation was Ed Wright. He was fantastic. He was patient in answering my questions, did a beautiful job and was very efficient and clean. I also appreciated the efforts of the gentleman who assisted, whose name I believe is Steve.
Every interaction with your office staff has also been very positive and they have been most helpful. In this age of vanishing customer service, it is pleasant to know that your company is resisting that trend and treats its customers with the very highest level of professionalism and integrity.

I simply wanted to compliment you on Brian, one of your service technicians, in his repair of my home's heat pump yesterday, 3 August. His competence made very short work of the issue. All Temp should be most proud of having a professional like Brian as its face to the public. His personable nature, technical competence, and professionalism certainly set him apart.

Dear David;
I just thought you should know what a great job your workers did installing my new boiler. As a retired accountant I realize that due to my occupation I am really fussy about everything being perfect, your workers, Ed & Doug did a perfect job. When I would ask a question they would always take the time to explain, in full, whatever I wanted to know. When they were finished they cleaned up everything and removed all the debris. I even took pictures of the completed job to showoff to some of my friends.
Additionally, I feel that I should tell you that I did receive four bids for my installation and your firm, while not the lowest bidder; they were all close, checked out at the top of the list every time. I checked all bidders out through the various resources available.
Should you wish to use my name or this letter as a reference I would be happy to tell anyone what a good job you did. It was indeed a pleasure working with you and your crew. Thanks again for a job very well done.
